Specifically Looking For:

Double Vision Productions Inc. is an award-winning Alberta-based, writer-director driven film company actively developing theatrical motion picture adaptations of several prominent Canadian novels -- including a W.O. Mitchell best seller and an Aritha van Herk novel -- as well as a series of original scripts. We mostly write and direct our own material but now have an opportunity to produce material from other writers or co-produce with partners.

For Pitchfest, Double Vision is interested in feature film scripts and optionable stories that can potentially be shot in Canada, preferably in the $5million budget range.

We are concentrating on the following genres at this time -- literary, quirky comedies, psychological thrillers, mystery, classy horror or supernatural stories, children's or preteen stories, seasonal (i.e. Christmas), or animation -- but will listen to other interesting dramatic concepts or documentary feature ideas as well.
