Refund Policy: Because the Great American PitchFest sells out each year and only a limited number of passes are sold, refunds to the event are not available unless requested in writing and postmarked by March 1st, 2012.  After March 1st, 2012, all payments are non-refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to illness, acts of God, or travel related problems.  Passes not used for the Great American PitchFest may be credited for the next year's event, and expire after that time.  Conference passes to the Great American PitchFest are non-transferable and are the property of the Great American PitchFest.
